Featured components include a checklist for entrepreneurs starting their own companies; the MintzEdgeTM Program, a package of services for entrepreneurs that includes a complimentary legal consultation and deeply discounted legal fees for formally establishing a company; and the latest insights, news, and trends from legal and industry professionals.
The site’s editors, Mintz attorneys Dan DeWolf and Evan Bienstock, have helped dozens of companies grow and thrive.
