Phyllis Sumner Interviewed On Data Breach Laws In Roll Call — King & Spalding partner Phyllis B. Sumner spoke to Roll Call about state data breach notification laws for an article published February 2. While forty–seven states and the District of Columbia now have notification laws, Sumner told Roll Call, they differ in a number of ways that can require a detailed, state–by–state analysis in light of a potential data breach.
