Court of appeals opinion issued on Nov 15, 2013, holding that 'Charbucks' is not a trademark violation of 'Starbucks.' The lawsuit, started in 2001, is between Starbucks Corporation and the Black Bear Micro Roastery of New Hampshire, providers of a 'Charbucks Blend.' From the decision:

"We have considered all of Starbucks’ contentions on this appeal and have concluded that they are without merit. For the foregoing reasons, we AFFIRM the judgment of the District Court."
