Session 1: Title IX and Athletics | What Every Athletic Administrator Needs to Know
This session explains the basics of Title IX applied to athletics and the responsibilities of administrators to provide equitable participation opportunities, scholarships, and other treatment areas to men’s and women’s sports. Attendees will gain practical knowledge of how to review and address potential areas of disparity to promote gender equity within their programs.
