Join Bricker Graydon for a four-part series focused on practical strategies and skills needed to stay in compliance and manage risk within your athletic department. This series will include discussions on Title IX applied to athletics, how to handle student-athlete misconduct, anticipating the future of athletics, and other timely topics.

Session 3: Athletic Operations and Revenue Generation in an Ever-Changing Climate
This session will explore critical financial and operational issues, including revenue generation and managing a financially sustainable athletic program that can quickly identify and mitigate risk. Topics will include revenue streams for athletic departments, booster club operations, fundraising and development strategies, event management, risk management, coaches and staffing contracts, and more. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of the legal and practical issues surrounding revenue generation and general operations in athletic departments and how to develop effective strategies for financial sustainability and program success.
