On June 10, 2019, USCIS began accepting premium processing requests for all remaining FY 2020 H-1B cap-subject petitions. Petitioners may now file a Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service with the USCIS service center that is processing their petition.

This is the second phase of premium processing available for FY 2020 cap-subject H-1B petitions. USCIS accepted “phase one” premium processing requests filed concurrently with FY 2020 cap-subject H-1B petitions requesting change of status and began premium processing those petitions on May 20. USCIS is now accepting “phase two” premium processing requests to “upgrade” any FY 2020 cap-subject H-1B petition with a notice of receipt confirming the petition was selected in the lottery.
