As of today, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) will resume accepting premium processing requests for H-1B extensions.  Any premium processing request for H-1B extensions received prior to July 13, 2015 will be rejected.

Previously, USCIS had announced that it was suspending premium processing for H-1B extensions in order to implement the Employment Authorization Program for Certain H-4 Dependent Spouses.  As a reminder, USCIS will only accept premium processing requests on the new version of the Form I-907
