  • South Carolina: Incumbent AG Alan Wilson has come out ahead in the state’s GOP primary, positioning him as the likely victor in the fall general election. Wilson, first elected in 2010, is currently in his third term in office. No Democrats have entered the race.
  • Nevada: Sigal Chattah emerged victorious in the Republican primary, defeating fellow Las Vegas attorney Tisha Black. Chattah will face Democrat incumbent AG Aaron Ford in the fall. Ford is the state’s first African-American AG, and had raised almost $2 million by the end of March.
